Job Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of, Zonal Managers and Account Managers for new client acquisitions and own their targets
- Create / maintain excellent relationships with clients/all stakeholders and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications. Follow up with leads aggressively
- Articulate competitive positioning and focus on value selling, solicit feedback on product and services
- Give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales. Keep devising new sales strategy for the team to counter competition
- Interact regularly with team, motivate them and ensure quality performance is delivered every day
- Comply with sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure business professionalism & integrity
Pre-requisites and skill set required :
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic approach to problem solving
- Organised and methodical work style
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales required. Experience in retails sales would be plus.
- Demonstrable work experience and success credentials
- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles
- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required
