- Looking for ZSM -Home Loan -West based at Mumbai

- Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for the Home Loans business for the geography, as a Corporate DSA

- Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance ; revenues, costs / margins and customer satisfaction.

- Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, setting up strong processes to ensure high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT

- Managing a team of Field Executives, through appropriate levels of Team Leaders / Sales Managers and ASMs

- Liaison with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them Opening up new business avenues - new cities and segments
