Job Description: As the Social Media Manager at Magicbricks, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, content creation, and online community engagement. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand awareness, driving engagement, and ultimately contributing to our business goals, and you will be directly reporting to the Brand Head. You'll be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating high-quality content, running promotional campaigns, and analyzing performance to iterate and improve our social media efforts. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms relevant to our industry. - Craft compelling, original content that aligns with our marketing goals, including written posts, visuals, and videos, ensuring consistency in our brand's voice and messaging. - Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and campaigns to maintain a steady stream of engaging content. - Lead social media campaigns from ideation to execution, including promotional events, influencer partnerships, and targeted ad campaigns. - Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and achieve better engagement, reach, and ROI. - Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive interactions, and managing online reputation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into our social media activities. - Collaborate closely with the brand team, external agencies, and other stakeholders to align social media strategies with overall business objectives. - All influencer campaigns will be under this role, and will involve intermittent interaction with the content creators/influencers Candidate Profile: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and engagement strategies with 6-8 years of experience. - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and best practices for brands. - Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging content across text, image, and video formats. - Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. - Familiarity with design principles and content management systems; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Excellent multitasking, communication, and project management skills; capable of working under tight deadlines. - A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
