Job purpose: "Home loans" is a core focus area for Magicbricks, with very high growth potential. The Operations Head for Home Loans will be responsible for driving business growth for the business end-to-end. S/he will be responsible for setting up mechanisms for generating leads from different online/offline sources in conjunction with the product team, head the tele-calling operations for those leads, and leading a team of on-ground executives across most major cities to fulfill the home loan requirements of customers through various banks / NBFCs. Overall, this role will handle the complete P&amp;L responsibility for the business - top line, bottom line, and customer satisfaction metrics. Key responsibilities : 1. Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for HL fulfillment business for Magicbricks. 2. Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual business performance - top line (revenues), bottom line (costs and margins), and customer satisfaction. 3. Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency. 4. Generating internal/external sources of leads. 5. Managing a team of Tele Callers and Field Executives. 6. Ensuring fulfillment of user requirements right up to disbursals - setting up processes to identify the right banks, login mechanisms, documentation for high success rates. 7. Liaison with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them. 8. Opening up new business avenues - new cities and segments. 9. Hiring and team building. Key skillsets : 1. In-depth understanding of the mortgage space in India (home loans, balance transfers, loan against property), domain knowledge of key players, and practices. 2. Hands-on experience in running and managing a team of tele-callers / on-ground executives. 3. Strong operational leadership - ability to execute the day-to-day goals, leading teams effectively in a complex environment and with the optimal cost structure. 4. Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. 5. Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with a bias for execution excellence. 6. Strong team player, with high self-confidence and dynamism. Qualification : MBA from a Tier-1 institute
