As the Head of Operations for Site Visits, you will be responsible for leading and driving a large tele calling-based account management team of over 70 members. Your role will focus on improving the conversion funnel to enhance efficiency, ensuring ownership and accountability for scheduled and completed site visits across all cities, and developing city and micro market-specific teams. Collaboration with the business head and sales development lead to enhance the overall process will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Must-Have Specifications:

Tele sales Operations Experience: Strong background in tele sales operations with a proven track record of driving results. Call center Operations experience

Team Management : Experience managing a tele sales team of 70+ members.

Attention to Detail : Ability to delve into details and work closely with agents if necessary to ensure operational excellence.

Sales Management: Proficiency in managing inside sales or outbound sales teams.

Revenue Generation : Demonstrated experience in generating revenue exceeding 100+ crores.

Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of funnel and conversion improvement methods.

Success Parameters:

Generate yearly revenue of 100+ crores.

Effective people management style with strong leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a large tele calling-based account management team to achieve sales targets.

- Implement strategies to improve the conversion funnel and enhance process efficiency.

- Take ownership of scheduling and completing site visits across all cities.

- Develop and lead city and micro market-specific teams to drive performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

- Manage performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure targets are met.

- Utilize data analysis to track sales productivity and optimize lead funnel management.
