Job description  Position: SEO Head  Reporting: Product Head  Experience Range: 10 + Years  Location: Noida  Purpose of the Position:  Drive Traffic goals and consolidate Organic traffic leadership for Magicbricks.  Responsibilities:  1. Create SEO product roadmap for the entire year and chase monthly/quarterly targets.  2. This role will have overall SEO ownership cutting across web, mSite and Apps. While much of our work is on-page, the person is free to harness Social, Content and other levers to achieve intended goals.  3. Create and/or modify the existing technical architecture to achieve desired growth rates for quality traffic. Build systems to ensure that entire content is optimized across all platforms (website and mobile) to provide the best user experience.  4. Deep dive with search data analysis to identify future opportunities for the quantifiable outcome.  5. Work closely with product, tech and UX teams to get alignment on key SEO initiatives.  6. Periodic competition mapping for relevant keywords and come up with plan to do better for weaker set of keywords  Desired skills:  1. Should have worked in a top consumer internet company and have personally led/handled a minimum scale of - 15 Million Organic visits per month.   2. A high degree of data orientation is needed. And should have the ability to work closely with engineering/product teams.   3. Passion for SEO. Keeping abreast of the latest thinking.  4. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere  5. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points  6. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation  7. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
