As the Sales Development Head for the Site Visit project at Magicbricks, you will be responsible for driving supply growth by collaborating closely with the sales team. Your role will involve program managing and enhancing supply activation, pausing, and deactivation processes. You will lead supply onboarding, process activation, and data collection, while also spearheading process improvements for the buyer funnel. Additionally, you will lead data efforts specifically tailored for the Site Visit business.

Must-Have Specifications:

Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales development, sales excellence, sales enablement, and sales strategy. Proficiency in incentive and target setting, as well as establishing processes for tele sales teams and revenue management.

CRM Proficiency : Proficient in CRM systems for lead tracking, pipeline management, and report generation.

Supply/Business Acquisition and Conversion: Proven ability in acquiring and converting supply/builders. Experience in incentive and target setting for supply growth.

Effective Communication: Ability to address reasons for no sale and handle rebuttals effectively.

Success Parameters:

Optimizing telesales conversion significantly

Defining incentives and targets for driving efficiency in both sales and supply growth

Leading supply onboarding, process activation, and data collection

Leading data efforts tailored for the Site Visit business

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Continuously improve the buyer funnel process to enhance conversion rates.

- Enhance supply activation, pausing, and deactivation processes.

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive supply growth.

- Lead the onboarding of new supply and activation of processes.

- Analyze data to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Define and implement incentives and targets to drive efficiency.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
