Key Responsibilities :
1. Create & execute the product roadmaps
2. Build a solid performance led culture within the Ops team with focus on delivering transactions
3. Hire & Manage a large Sales Operations process with over 200 people
4. Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale
5. The role will handle a business with a 200cr topline a staff split between sales, Operations, product and process managers.
Skillsets/ Qualification Required :
- Minimum 12 years of post MBA experience from a good institute and with strong experience trajectory thereafter.
- Good knowledge of product management practices , sales/business and Operations front.
- Should have managed & scaled a large business
