Develop high level plans for the vertical including employee benefits including incentives. 6. Work in conjunction with product teams to ensure that the numbers are on track and the team works like a well oiled machine 7. Be incredibly hard working to work 6 days a week and build a high performance team under the incumbent. 8. Be adept at people management and have high degree of orientation to keep the team motivated and keep attrition low. 9. Ability to be data oriented.
