Given the massive dominance on the rental side, Magicbricks is launching full stack offering in the rental space where it will be facilitating a transaction between an owner & the tenant. The business is poised for a 100x growth in 1 year with massive scale of operations across top cities. Key Responsibilities: 1.Create & execute the product roadmap for enabling rental transactions at scale and at an optimal unit economics 2.Develop & Implement newer value propositions which enables Order booking & transactions 3.Build a solid performance led culture within the Ops team with focus on delivering transactions 4.Hire & Manage a large Sales Operations process with over 500 people 5.Innovate at fast pace to test various hypothesis and implement workable hypothesis at scale Skillsets/ Qualification Required: 1.Should have managed & scaled a large business 2.Should have managed a large team of 100+ people in either sales or ops 3.Should have had a solid experience managing a large operation 4.Preferably an MBA from Tier-1 Institute and has over 10-15 years of work experience
