Role - Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive and exhaustive understanding of the leadership roles and then manage and execute a portfolio of mandates.
- Extensive high- level interaction with stakeholders on understanding the accurate deliverables of the roles.
- Contribute to the overall organizational strategy and business building goals.
- Communicate with stakeholder/Business Leaders /CXOs to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Research into competitors and marketplace & Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Create a candidate persona for each open position through Map Role Criteria, Job Description and marketing mapping.
- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
- Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals. Extensive high- level interaction with candidates.
- Must be very good in headhunting/candidate mapping and sourcing through unconventional sourcing methods like Professional / Social Media hiring etc.
