Managing Consultant - Product Management - Capital Markets  Role - Product Manager (Magic's FinTech portfolio) (Financial Technology)  A word of caution - Individuals who are interested in building a new business, be it around platform, product or services, will find this role a fit and exciting compared to those who are looking for traditional product management roles.   Role Description :   - Work closely with customers and internal teams (marketing/sales/support) to develop and execute Fin Tech product/framework/offering roadmap and own the development of the offering/product/framework idea through the entire its life-cycle.  - Break down the offering/product/framework roadmap into rapidly shippable components (Be able to work in Agile mode).  - Work with cross-functional teams, not limiting to engineering, design and QA, to build and ship the output on time and in budget.  - Perform competitive analysis in determining currently available competing solutions in the market.  - Wear a marketer hat and communicate product capabilities and plans to internal and external audiences through documents, individual conversations, presentations, and webinars  - Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationship and communications across a global business team.  - Turn high-level project objectives into a comprehensive set of stories by leading intensive, multi-discipline, collaboration sessions.  - Actively contribute to team's culture of having fun together, embracing change, and delivering.  Qualifications/Experience/Background :   1. BE/BTech/Mtech/MCA AND MBA/PGDM from top-tier institute  2. Technology experience on Data Science is desirable  3. 7+ yrs of experience in product management of Financial Services/Technology software products & offerings.  4. Experience working with Financial Market Data with existing industry solutions such as (Asset control, Golden source etc.) on sell side or buy side is desirable.   5. Engineering background is highly desirable  6. A product evangelist with the ability to clearly discuss and communicate product/offering value and benefits to customers, prospects, and partners.   7. Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology problem  8. Exceptional skills in articulating solutions to business problems  9. Visible leadership abilities to lead an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and making them successful leaders  10. Seasoned professional with the maturity to handle the stress of the job yet agile and forward-looking enough to take on new challenges
