Qualifying Parameters: - Education - Qualified Chartered Accountant / CMA / CPA / MBA or PDM (Finance) - Industry Orientation - IT / ITeS / Banking or Financial Segment - Experience - 6+ Years (Including 4 Years minimum of FPA responsibilities ) - Excellent computer software skills in Excel &amp; PowerPoint - Strong Communicator with a flair to build relationships upward / downward the hierarchy Job Specs: - The incumbent would be reporting to CFO, managing a team of 1 - 2+ people - Computing monthly revenue by SBU's - Work with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts - Building monthly/ quarterly forecasts for the organization - Analyzing funnel on a weekly basis to keep track of key deals and funnel velocity - Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance - Provide detailed analysis and commentary on SBU results - Working closely with the senior to mid-level leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan - Candidate should be able to work closely with cross functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timeliness - Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability - Monthly/ quarterly scorecards updates &amp; Sales incentive computation
