Job Specs : - Create engaging training content, e-learning modules etc. to deliver against identified training needs. - Collaborate with the SMEs to design functional training content - Collaborate with HR business partners on driving organizational learning interventions - Develop and implement a management system for training, learning and development across all roles and all locations - Evaluate existing documentation, SOPs on a periodic basis. Provide guidance on the most appropriate training approach / content management to meet the learning objectives - Create engaging training content, e-learning modules etc. to deliver against identified training needs - Identify and measure key metrics to track training effectiveness, business impact and ROI of training programs - Create engaging and valid training evaluation exercises to evaluate training effectiveness and successful knowledge transfer Qualifiers : - Should have worked with companies where training technical staff in IT /BPO industry, must know how to work workforce in India and in the USA. - The workforce strength would be in the range of 500 - 1000 employees. - The candidate should have a good understanding of digital technologies in the e-learning space, must be able to talk about content management tools, authoring tools, and learning management tools. The person need not be technical (like coding) but should know of all the digital tools. - Demonstrate the ability to create a talent/skills development plan to help the company to become competitive. - Should have experience of learning analytics, gathering, and presenting, and using effectively in decision making. - Experience in dealing with content suppliers for corporate learning. - Should know how to create budgets and execute within the budget. - The role expects the person to be hands-on with technology and making plans, while able to collaborate with HR, BU and other technical folks that may not directly report to the candidate.
