Role Description : 1. Spearheading Magic's Technology business unit of Magic EdTech 2. Current offerings of Technology unit include Digital Transformation, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, Support and Maintenance, Analytics solutions, Enterprise Mobility solutions, Digital Customer Experience 3. Managing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers. Developing deep rooted relationships with existing and new customers 4. Ensuring efficient delivery execution by providing technology leadership, adopting new trends in technologies for business transformation, and by extending thought leadership 5. Ability to manage with balance scorecard for forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, and execution of yearly targets for self and business unit 6. Align with sales counterpart and provide the required sales support for aggressive growth 7. Identifying and developing leaders for future within business unit 8. Striking a good balance between client needs and team needs 9. Developing a progressive recruitment, on-boarding, training and research system to ensure high-quality substance and capabilities in the entire team Experience / Background : 1. The candidate should have 15+ years of overall experience and successful track record in last 2-3 years of growing an emerging team with high growth momentum. 2. Must have worked with reputed mid-size to large services company with deep experience in product engineering 3. Knowledge of Education Technology domain would be preferred 4. Demonstrable expertise in driving Pre-sales activities, customer engagement, and P&amp;L management 5. Exceptional skills in articulating solutions to business problems, alternatives and recommendations grounded in strategy and vision and solutions 6. Visible leadership abilities to lead an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and making them successful leaders 7. High energy &amp; go-getter attitude
