A self-motivated HR professional with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Should have excellent stakeholder management skills. 5. Excellent communication and written skills. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changes. Super organized yet agile to adapt to Magic's way of working 7. Should have the ability to build rapport with employees and other stakeholders across the organization. Strong interest & passion in people and organizational development. Key Responsibilities : - Managing of employee onboarding , assimilation, performance management , employee retention, employee engagement etc. . - Proactively frontend with Leaders and employees on daily basis, Identify and respond to their problems, develop solutions, and plans to meet the people-related needs. - Drive employee engagement activities/charter across the Delivery Unit. - Advocate and promote our value, mission, culture, and other policies. Shall be responsible to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management. Educational Qualification : The candidate should have done MBA in HR ( Full Time Program).
