Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing new investment opportunities, preparing Investment thesis and presenting to Investment Committee.
- Prepare financial models, forecasting cash flows and IRR on investments
- Monitoring existing investments and provides quarterly updates through reports.
- Portfolio performance management and reporting.
- Preparing presentation, pitch deck and investment reports
- Answering Investor queries either on emails or VC calls.
- Preference to candidates with some experience or good understanding of tech investments and/or real estate investments
