Job Title: Placement Head - Cloud-Related Employments

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Placement Head to lead our cloud-related employment placement initiatives. As the National Placement Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the placement of candidates in cloud-related job positions across the country. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with organizations in the cloud computing industry, ensuring successful placements for our candidates.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy for cloud-related job roles to meet organizational goals and targets.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on cloud computing industry trends, job requirements, and emerging roles.

- Collaborate with senior management to align placement objectives with the overall organizational strategy.

Employer Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Identify and establish connections with key cloud-related employers, including cloud service providers, technology companies, consulting firms, and other relevant organizations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at these organizations.

- Understand the recruitment needs and talent requirements of cloud-related employers to effectively match candidates with job opportunities.

- Negotiate agreements and partnerships with employers to enhance placement opportunities for our candidates.

Candidate Placement, work with regional teams to:

- assess the skills, qualifications, and career goals of job seekers interested in technical positions.

- match candidates with suitable job openings based on their experience, skills, and preferences.

- guide and support candidates throughout the application and interview process, offering resume/CV advice, interview preparation, and career counselling.

- facilitate communication between candidates and employers, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and negotiating job offers.

Collaboration with Training and Development Teams:

- Collaborate with the training and development teams to ensure candidates possess the necessary cloud computing skills and certifications required by employers.

- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance training programs based on industry demands and employer feedback.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor and track placement metrics, such as the number of successful placements, time to placement, and candidate satisfaction.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

Industry Networking and Brand Building:

- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and forums to build networks, enhance the organization's visibility, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or job placement, specifically within the cloud computing industry.

- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services, including public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Excellent knowledge of cloud-related job roles and technical skills, such as cloud architecture, DevOps, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure management.

- Strong network of connections with cloud service providers, technology companies, and other relevant employers.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a placement team effectively.

- Analytical mindset and the ability to track and analyze placement data to drive improvements and achieve targets.

- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
