- We are on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Partnerships). - The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver with data and business acumen with excellent good communications skills, resourcefulness, and excellent stakeholder management. - The role will sit within the Digital Marketing function of Majid Al Futtaim Retail, looking at new partnerships or execution of agreed campaigns across 12+ countries. - The role will need to manage internal stakeholders (i.e., local markets, legal, finance, design teams, marketing sub-functions) and also external stakeholders (i.e., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or financial institutions, etc.). Key outline of the role will be to: - Assess opportunities for partnerships and promotions by working through data to model out possible scenarios, presenting recommendations in a simple view of the options, associated costs and revenue / marketing impact. - Engage with partners in 5+ markets (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar) to present the proposals, finalise options and commercials, leading to revenue uplift across key periods like Carrefour Friday (Black Friday), Carrefour Anniversary, etc.. - Own and lead the execution of key campaigns across multiple markets (e.g. Carrefour Friday) from a digital partnerships perspective, ensuring all key collaterals are created, approved and marketed as per the agreements with each partner, and holding the partner to account on their commitments as well. This includes coordination with legal teams, design teams, marketing sub functions such as onsite/CRM/performance/influencers, growth, brand, etc. - Coordinate with the local markets to ensure on time campaign execution, collecting statistics of performance, uplift, revenue influenced, total costs incurred and assisting with any issues in terms of product or onsite/CRM/performance marketing. - Ensure on time updates and timely escalations for any delays, by presenting the information to the management teams highlighting the revenue / brand impact from non-performance of any of the key marketing campaigns agreed. - Analyse competitor actions and showcase potential areas for improvement and impact in terms of partnerships in the future. Ideal candidate: - 5+ years in project management and/or partnerships. - Advanced organizational, project management and time management skills. - Dynamic thinker and analytical problem solver, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong bias for action and resourcefulness with the ability to use own initiative, and result-oriented outlook - Comfortable with managing multiple projects at the same time, driving clear timelines and actions at the end of each conversation to ensure projects stay on track
