ESG is one of the strategic enablers for Maersk Procurement, and you will be joining a group of passionate people within Sustainable Procurement (SP) team which impacts thousands of suppliers globally to drive ESG standards.

Key responsibilities :

- Support integration of SP within procurement systems, procedures and processes

- Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft tools and dashboards for Brands and management discussions

- Conduct supplier assessments and due diligence activities through documentation reviews and facilitating onsite audits

- Follow-up on improvement plans with internal stakeholders and suppliers

- Support in driving and implementing the SP agenda for Maersk Brands

- Coordination with internal and external auditors, as required.

- Help in the coordination with SP team members and various internal stakeholders, notably procurement such as category managers, buyers and sourcing specialists.

- Assist in training procurement colleagues through internal trainings, tools and participate in supplier workshops

- Monitoring execution and compliance through spot checks and stakeholder consultations

We are looking for

- 5+ years experienced professional

- Analytically minded with creative solution and strong problem-solving skills

- Good presentation skills and sound knowledge of procurement related systems, data analysis tools and dashboards

- Ability to analyse and understand supplier and procurement related ESG data such as contract compliance, spend coverage, etc to drive KPI performance

- Ability to support and conduct training and awareness sessions for internal and external stakeholders

- Good understanding of ESG issues related to health, safety & environment / anti-corruption / labour & human rights/ sub-contractor management

- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscape and interact with management stakeholders at multiple levels

- Ability to own and drive initiatives independently with attention to detail and be result oriented

- Experience in ESG roles, preferably in sustainable supply chain operations

- Collaborative working style and ability to drive alignment with key stakeholders

- Manage priorities and stakeholder expectations

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in English. Additional languages such as Chinese / Spanish / French are considered as an advantage
