Job Purpose/summary :

- Support and Enable overall Transformation Program, to help strengthen the Future Enterprise vision of being global integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying our customers global supply chains..

Key responsibilities :

- Manage stakeholders and keep the Transformation Agenda on track, Partner with Transformation Team

- Create consultant level outputs and present the message professionally with simplicity

- Deal with leaders for actions

- Influence without Authority keeping end to end value in mind

Primary internal & External stakeholders :

- Functional Leaders

- Regional Leads

- Execution and Project Managers

- Consultants

- Technology Teams

- Product Owners/BPO

- Regional/Area/LOC Leaders and CI Managers

Required experience & skills :

- 10 to 14 years overall work experience

- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations/requirements

- Extremely proficient in word/excel/PowerPoint and other professional presentation tools

- Prior experience in LEAN/Six Sigma/Prince2/Agile/SCRUM is desirable/good to have.
