The B2W consultant will support the Marketing function in driving various campaigns, events and brand positioning initiatives.  We are looking for high-calibre women professionals to join our India organization on short-term assignments for 6 months. These assignments are short-term and aimed at developing alternative talent pools.   Maersk will evaluate the B2W professionals for full time job opportunities within the Group at the end of the project. However, the placement is not guaranteed.   Key Responsibilities :  - Execute locally controlled customer communication channels in line with global guidelines incl. events  - Execution of communication (campaigns, collateral etc) into local channels based on guidelines   - Local execution of customer and Trade Events  - Feeding back to CEN on any local campaign needs and briefing if necessary   - Support the Cluster in brand positioning within the organisation and to the external target audience  - Govern range of giveaways used in market   - Translating Maersk Group strategic posts on social media relevant to specific market  - Creating content (articles, news, stories, photos, video, etc.) that ties together news and stories from business unit operations within the market to then be uploaded to the Maersk Group digital channels through the shared publishing   - Plan and strategies trade-offs for marketing channels (esp. PR and events) and ability to measure ROI across channels  Who we are looking for :   An ideal candidate for this role would be someone, who has:  - Master's degree in Management or related discipline.   - Career break between 6 months to 2 years   - Someone who has a commercial mind-set and also a strong understanding and experience in selecting and executing leveraging multiple marketing disciplines ideally from B2B.   - Self-starter and a driven team player who can build relationships with remote teams.   - Ability to build customer communication from a customer insight.   - Execution of messages into on and off-line channels and if relevant -events execution   - Understanding of Corporate Branding
