Maersk is looking to hire Administration Manager - Mumbai Location.

To be the anchor of the admin team as an Admin lead and drive key administrative activities, oversee the long term planning from an administrative perspective.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members across Maersk locations. Ensuring all local compliances.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Drive Admin Cost saving initiative for IBS Area.
- Collaboration with CREM, HSE, Other BU's for space optimization, colocation.
- Effective vendor management and make sure no GST loss on Admin vendor.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10years- experience as an Administrative manager
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong leadership and knowledge of MS office.
- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines \Ability to work well in teams.
- Should be able to drive projects / process improvements and have a cost mindset.
