The Sales Operations Manager supports functions essential to Sales Force Effectiveness. This includes planning, quota setting and management, review of how we cover the market, sales process optimization, sales compensation administration, and ensuring a consistent and high data quality in our Sales data. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the effectiveness of the assigned sales organization to ensure we grow the topline.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, to allow Sales Representatives to spend the majority of their work day persuading clients. Assists Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks that reduce our sales force's effect in the market place

- Serves as the liaison point with the GSC to ensure that GSC support is leveraged optimally and that processes are delivered at the right quality

- Implements and maintains an effective coaching framework so that coaching sessions take place frequently and in accordance with the Maersk Line Operating System requirements

- Drives the usage of standard data and reports in the MLOS to ensure we have the right discussions taking place at the right time with the right data

- Supports Sales Channel reviews, portfolio designs and the equitable assignment of sales force targets

- Coordinates training delivery for the organization together with the Global Sales Academy

- Drives the Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring that we administrate and run the plan timely and to a high standard. Ensure that the Sales Incentive Plan works as a motivator for the Sales Representatives to deliver at the highest level.

- Work as a change agent on our journey towards a world class sales force

- Is the functional owner of global initiatives.

Who we are looking for :

- Any Graduation.

- Two Years sales or sales management experience.

- Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives.

- Female candidates would be given first preference.

- Customer Service Experience, CRM, Project Handling and Client Handling applications would be preferred.
