Night Shift

An experienced Black Belt with typical 8 to 12 years of Industrial experience

4 to 5 years of post of Black belt certification

Finance Project Management experience (OTC collections or Accounts receivables) is must

A graduate, preferably with strong understanding of how process excellence can be used to meet business needs

Strong change management and mentoring skills.

Proven strong communication skills. Ability to interact with various levels of organization & engage/Motivate the leaders towards process excellence mind set.

Experience in similar position in a BPO and or Manufacturing entity

Highly result oriented and able to work under pressure

High analytical/Problem solving skills

Complete night shift process (5.30 pm to 2.30 am)
