Key Client Manager, Sales - Global Freight Forwarder

Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for volume and yield performance
- Review account sales performance
- Define sales strategy and commercial priorities for accounts in GFF vertical for IBC cluster.
- Ensure sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Analyse trends and have business plans for customers.
- Handle customer communication for senior level contacts
- Solicit Customer Satisfaction Surveys participation, investigate causes of customer dissatisfaction
- Sales Pipeline management and forecasting for owned customers
- Ensure that market intelligence and feedback is captured and disseminated
- Revenue and yield opportunity reviews
- Selling Efficiency as a Value Prop to the GFF customers.
Who we are looking for:
- Strong leadership, conflict - resolution and sales skills
- Proven sales experience, especially on Higher Level Account Management
- Understanding of Global Freight forwarder business and making / articulating our Value Proposition to customers.
- Sense of urgency and result oriented
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and channels
- Energetic and passionate person with ability to drive performance.
- Demonstrated results - performance and organizational
- Experience from various markets
