Nature & Scope :
The incumbent will be responsible for the following HR processes for Maersk Global Service
Centres (GSC) :
- Employee Engagement
- Talent Management
- Performance Management Systems
- Learning & Development
- Rewards & Recognition
- Recruitment & Selection for critical positions
- Supporting HR transformation & Developing dashboard for Key People Practices
Responsible for 500+ employees, reporting to General Manager-HR
Lifecycle management of employee :
- Post induction to Exit
- Should handle close to 500 - 600 employees
- To work closely with General Managers
- Should be good in performance Appraisal
- Should be good in Increment
- Should be good in Employee engagement
- Should be good in engagement survey
- Should be good in Capability building
- Should be good in attrition and retention
- Should be good in People management
- Should be good in succession planning
Should have handled impactful HR projects :
- Should have done major contribution in current role
- Introduce new HR model
- Bringing new practise
- Retaining employees
- Excellent communication skills
