We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years of experience in architecting &amp; delivering end to end Analytics products/solutions, with minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing 2-3 scrum teams. The hire will be responsible for architecting best-in-class analytics product/solutions and lead scrum teams of data engineers to deliver innovative and sustainable products. Candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Required Technical Skill Set: - Experience in creating Batch and Realtime Data pipelines on Azure Data Platform using Logic Apps, Automation Run Books, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hub, Kafka, Azure Stream Analytics. - Project experience using Hadoop 2.x, HDInsight, Spark, Scala, Hive, HDFS. - Hands on experience in working with various azure cloud services like Blob storage, logic apps, Rest APIs, function app, load balancer etc. - Hands on Experience developing in CI/CD using Azure DevOps. - Advanced SQL programming, SparkSQL, PySpark, PL/SQL or T-SQL. - Experience with Unix scripting or PowerShell. - Experience with enterprise-class data modelling tools (Erwin Data Modeler, Sparx Enterprise Architect etc) - Experience in cleansing, manipulating and analysing large datasets, both Structured and Unstructured. - Experience with Microsoft Power BI for front end data visualisation. - Experience with agile/iterative software development methodologies. - Experience with Information Security management&nbsp; - Maintain the data confidentiality &amp; integrity and relevant compliance of information systems. - Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts like linear regression, time series forecasting, decision trees, random forest etc. - of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JS, Angular, React will be added advantage. Job Responsibilities: - Architect &amp; deliver end-to-end analytics products, Data Extraction/Ingestion to Data Transformation to Visualization. - Work with stakeholders such as Enterprise Architects, Data Scientists, Product Leads to identify the best solution for any given problem and remove impediments for the team. - Plan, estimate and execute sprints for product development. Responsible for quality assurance e.g. code and feature quality. - Provide technical directions to data engineers. Coach the team and the Platform Product Owner on the Agile process. - Design &amp; deliver DWH model. Ensure product development and deliverables are aligned to agreed architecture and standards. - Facilitate data integration, data conformity, data integrity and ensure data structures are designed for flexibility. - Ensure data visualization through front end tool like Power BI or a web portal is user intuitive and delivers the required business insights. - Ensure that overall solution is well documented, follows best practices, and is understood by business users and developers.
