Own Manage Surcharge, Tariff, Inland &Special Cargo Process for entire Maersk Line

- Co-ordinate with CEN PCM BRGs to develop, iterate and implement process design and solutions

- Drive Changes (Process execution, Behaviour, technology and governance related) in all the processes owned to ensure company's business goal is translated in transformed ( 'to be') process capability and performance

- Drive Revenue Enhancing and Cost Saving Projects within owned process

- Act as the governing body for process control, cost leadership etc.

- Co-ordinate with Centre to conduct regular reviews of tariffs/prices for surcharges, Inlands and value added services in close collaboration with country clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Close Coordination with GSC and CENPCM on all BPO related activities.

- Drive process governance and compliance through process controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements also

- Facilitator (shared responsibility with CENPCM) for faster decisions through cross-functional BPOs, to implement changes in Downstream and Upstream processes.

- Standardization of in-scope processes across geographies & brands

- Jointly own specific KPIs of CENPCM on Governance & Compliance

- Co-ordinate with CENPCM on launching & implementation of new value-added services

- Manage Global service Catalogue owned activities.

- Accountable to drive continual cross-process stakeholders engagement through regular/standard/well tracked meetings

- Ensuring compliance on application of surcharges in commercial processes

Required Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Experience:

- Minimum 10 Years overall work-ex in similar industry(ies) in commercial functions

- Minimum 3 years- experience in - transforming- commercial processes in similar industry (ML Experience would be a plus)

- Prior experience in transformation roles at managerial level

- Minimum 3 years Project Management Experience

- Significant Exposure to IT technology usage to transform processes
