Maersk - Human Resources Role - Back to Work - Returning Women Professionals  - Reporting to Head of HR - India & Bangladesh Cluster, the B2W consultant will be responsible to conceptualize and drive key HR initiatives with the prime objective - delivering and adding significant value to the business.  - We are looking for high-calibre women professionals to join our India organisation on short-term assignments for 6 months.This opportunity is for women who are on a career break for past 6 months or more.  We Offer:   - An excellent opportunity, where you will join in one of the high impact projects in our core functions. However, the placement is not guaranteed.  Key Responsibilities :  - Revamp the HR handbook and intranet page for Maersk India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in coordination with the internal communications team and other relevant stakeholders  - Independently gather, analyze and prepare data relevant to best practices on Talent Management, Diversity Hiring and Organization Capability building   - Perform hands on project management such as development of project plans, scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of issue and action logs  - As required, partner with external vendors/parties to ensure teams are engaged and effectively utilizing the best tools available  - Work and engage with stakeholders from cluster offices.  Who we are looking for :  - Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.  - Minimum 4 years- work experience in an HR generalist / COE role in a global organization, ideally with good understanding of Indian labor market and practices.  - Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations, as well as local labor laws.  - High energy with strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines.  - Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.  - Open- and cross-culturally minded.  - Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
