Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Maersk Global Service Centres (GLOBAL SERVICE CENTRES) are the official shared service centres for the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group (APMM). We partner with APMM companies to identify off shoring opportunities and to provide efficient, effective and continuously improving process solutions. The shared service centers of APMM are off shored to three GLOBAL SERVICE CENTRES locations: China, India and the Philippines. At the moment, the global service centres have deployed more than 12,000 employees across the various sites.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the performance measurement and performance management of the Trade finance business.

- Monthly reporting of financial and key business parameters globally as well as by country

- Monthly review of business performance, investigation of variance vis-a-vis Budget - Monthly analysis of business performance and revenue indicators - Leading cost management initiatives

- Helping the business prepare for monthly reviews with senior management and STEERCO - Leading the pricing management of deals - including standalone as well as overall ROE measurement - Client Profitability analysis

- Working with Sales Head on driving sales performance, pipeline management etc.

- Working on commercial terms for alliances and other programs

- Working with Product Head in the following areas: o Product related analysis

- Analysis of trade flows and what it means for Trade finance business o Helping with market analysis and other matters as needed from time to time

- Working with country leads in rolling plans and estimates

- Helping the business head with the monthly reviews of the countries and important functions

- Leading & owning the annual Budgeting process for entire Trade finance business across various countries

- Understand the business drivers and assist the business in meeting its goals and Budget

- Be abreast of latest developments in the Trade Finance business as well as world of shipping and how it impacts us

- Being the face of finance to the business and be its partner in all financial management matters

- Ability to work with limited information, strict deadlines and timeline pressures

- Ability to manage key stakeholders in business and their expectation from the business finance team

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education - CA qualified candidates (Mandate)

Good stakeholder management attributes

Experience :- 07 years - 10 years

Hands on exp in Accounting, Finance Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis
