Talent Acquisition Manager (RPO)  - This role require frequent travel to Mumbai and same manager going to manage both Pune and Mumbai site however base location will be Pune.  - Lead and execute the effort for full-cycle recruiting and selection. Training, and developing recruiters on attraction, sourcing, selection, and retention skills and strategies.  - Should have managed minimum of 10 people team.  - Develop and maintain area sourcing strategies and business plans to attain firm growth goals.  - Assist with the development and implementation of marketing materials targeted to candidate populations.  - Partner with the Growth Leaders to develop and maintain regional attraction strategies and execution of business plans to attain growth goals.  - Manage relationships with growth teams, internal areas and external channel partners to attract and recruit a pool of qualified, diverse candidates.  - Gathering marketing intelligence on other firms and industries   - Providing clear, consistent and accurate information on performance measures, objectives and results to the team and leadership in reports and other forms of communication.  - A minimum of 10+ years of recruitment experience with 5+ years in a leadership/management level role.  - Desired 5+ years in financial services industry .  - Ability to lead, manage and develop multiple associates and programs.  - Knowledge of recruitment including sourcing, use of social networking sites, cold calling, applicant tracking systems, competency-based interview techniques and selection processes.  - Firm knowledge to propose and defend decisions related to attracting candidates to the financial position with professionalism.  - Knowledge of the financial services industry with the ability to develop and implement new business strategies to support the changing market condition and future firm growth.  - Problem solving skills to anticipate challenges with daily operations, business plan execution, resource needs and training.  - Review, interpret, and make hiring decisions regarding individual candidates based on multiple data points.  - Ability to analyze, resolve and make decisions in a non-routine manner, prioritizing and handling complex workflows, projects, and operational decisions.   Max notice - 30 days
