The B2W consultant will support functions essential to Sales Force Effectiveness. This includes planning, review of how we cover the market, sales process optimization, sales compensation administration, and ensuring a consistent and high data quality in our Sales data..  We are looking for high-calibre women professionals to join our India organization on short-term assignments for 6 months. However, the placement is not guaranteed.   Key Responsibilities   - Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and assists Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks that reduce our sales force's effect in the market place   - Implements and maintains an effective coaching framework so that coaching sessions take place frequently and in accordance with the Maersk Line Operating System requirements  - Drives the usage of standard data and reports to ensure we have the right discussions taking place at the right time with the right data   - Supports Sales Channel reviews, portfolio designs and the equitable assignment of sales force targets   - Coordinates training delivery for the organisation together with the Global Sales Academy   - Drives the Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring that we administrate and run the plan timely and to a high standard. Ensure that the Sales Incentive Plan works as a motivator for the Sales Representatives to deliver at the highest level.  - Work as a change agent on our journey towards a world class sales force  - Is the functional owner of global initiatives.  Who we are looking for :  An ideal candidate for this role would be someone, who has-   - Master's degree in Management or related discipline.  - Career break between 6 months to 2 years  - Proactive, analytical, result driven  - Having a good understanding of commercial business  - High energy with strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure and deadlines.  - Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.  - Open and cross-culturally minded.  - Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with commitment to succeed.  - Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, decision-making, and influencing skills  - Excellent attention to detail  - Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives would be an added advantage
