Change and Communication Partner  Key Responsibilities :  The Communication Partner is responsible for building and delivering an effective communication strategy for entire Operations Transformation, including continuous revision and implementation of a communication action plan.  - Develop and deploy an effective communication strategy that can be leveraged by the projects within Operations Transformation  - OPS Transformation branding strategy and communication standards  - Assist Project leads, BPOs and OS Partners in developing communication strategies and change management strategies for their activities  - Design, develop and maintain an OPS User website that is easy to navigate  The role supports individual project managers, BPO's and OS partners in internal/external communication providing them with frameworks, tools and sparring to communicate and manage change effectively.  The role also is responsible for designing and administering a centralized OPS web based user website (SharePoint).  What we looking for :  - +5 years experience with strategic and/or change communication and global projects  - Expereince with and interest in change management  - Good writing skills  - Creative  - Visuals design and branding experience  - Eye for detail  - Experience as communication manager  - Experience with corporate communications  - Experience with change management  - Experience with project management
