Maximum experience in digital marketing from education sector preferred. Experience: 5-8 years Age Limit: 35-45 years Reporting: Head - Branding, Marketing and Promotions Location: Pune Key Skills: Result Oriented, excellent PR, analytical, creative, negotiation and strategic skills, problem solving ability, strong team player, ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. 1. Define and execute digital campaign strategy for engaging audience through different social media channels 2. Ensuring digital marketing activity runs in conjunction with the milestones in the strategy. Implementing and managing online marketing strategies and execution of tactical plans across all online channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. 3. Affiliate marketing activities to increase the audience reach and brand awareness 4. Optimize media channels (paid, owned, earned) to increase conversions 5. Responsible for the entire registration process of the website. Integration of various engagement tools like exit intent, push notifications, email panel, SMS panel etc. 6. Through understanding of working of lead management system a. To program and monitor email and SMS drip system b. To supervise and co-ordinate integration of various promotion channels- lead funnel with lead management system through respective APIs c. To implement re-marketing campaign to convert acquired leads. Monitor campaign to optimize budget and ensure that only interested audience is engaged. 7. Generate periodic performance reports from Lead Management System a. Counsellor performance reports and b. Channel performance reports geography-wise 8. Analyze the campaigns performance &amp; user engagement through Google Analytics. Monitor lead management system to track the geography-wise and course-wise campaign performance 9. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
