Role: Responsible for managing the employee life cycle in an organization from hiring to the exit of the employee for PAN India Centre's of MADE EASY.

Hiring, Head count maintenance, Human Resources Management, Induction, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure (along with compliances like PF, ESI, Bonus).

Talent Acquisition:

- To manage complete life cycle of recruitment & selection

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

- To reduce recruitment cost and turn-around time to meet ever growing manpower demands.

- Conducting Final level HR round of interviews - candidate profiling, salary and fitment negotiations & taking the approval from the management before sending the offer.

- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Hiring via different job portals, internal recruitment portal, references, advertisement, social networking sites and Headhunting.

- Maintaining the database and recruitment MIS.

- Generation of Recruitment report to the management quarterly.

Onboarding & Induction:

- Ensuring smooth onboarding of the employee: Documentation of joining forms, Welcome e-mail, processing of PF form & nomination, intimation for e-mail id creation and coordinating with the corporate bank for opening of corporate salary accounts for the new employees.

- Maintenance of employee database; Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

- Ensuring timely Induction of new joiners & handling HR induction session.

- Maintaining the Probation Database, processing the confirmation of employees, Maintaining the Probation Extension Database and follow-up.

- Employee background verification.

Performance Appraisal System:

- Ensure timely rollout and closure of PMS, adherence to PMS process timelines across the organization.

- Ensure timely and clear communication to the employees.

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and timely appraisal of employee; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors. Act as a bridge between employees of support vertical and the managers to get the appraisal completed, analyzing the data and helping the top management to come out with the conclusive report.

Compensation & Benefits

- Maintenance of the database of employees for timely processing of salaries (attendance, bonus, transportation, loan etc.,).

- Ensures legal compliance (PF & ESI) by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; maintaining records.

- Ensure compliance related to Minimum Wages.

Training & Development

- Conducting training programs for all employees.

- Training need assessment.

- Coordinate Training programs as per training calendar.

Exit Formalities:

- Maintaining the Exit Database.

- Help the resigned employees in a smooth exit by familiarizing them with the exit process and issuing of Relieving and Experience letter.

- Analysis of the exit form, feedback and submitting the report to the top management for preventive actions.


Salary offered: 10-15LPA
