Macroeconomist - BFSI

We are looking for MA Economics OR MSC Economics Freshers for this role.

This position is with one of the leading service sector based in Mumbai.

- Analysing Global & Indian Macro economic Indicators.

- Developing statistical and econometric models for forecasting economic parameters like Inflation & GDP Growth on monthly and quarterly basis respectively.

- Analysing & updating the Investment team daily with recent changes in Macro data.

- Analysing RBI Monetary Policy and its Minutes.

- Studying the economic impact of changes in various Government policies.

- Building relationships with other Economists across different industries and arranging meets with them for knowledge sharing.

- Communicating the analysis of economic data and views to Investment team and Management in different forums.

- Partaking in Think tanks.

- Any other analysis as and when deemed necessary.

- Bloomberg

- Refinitiv

- Microsoft suit (Excel, PPT, Word)

- Macros (added advantage)
