- MachinePulse is a growing startup operating in the Industrial IoT space. We are a part of the Mahindra group and have our genesis in the Renewable Energy business of the group.

- Currently we offer solutions covering the entire IoT value chain for monitoring Wind and Solar Plants. MachinePulse has also entered the factory monitoring space with a few pilots within the Mahindra group.

- Our current offerings include data acquisition hardware for solar plants, a proprietary cloud platform (Erixis) and applications to monitor Solar and Wind plants.

Description : MachinePulse is looking for a product manager for their flagship Solar plant monitoring solution, SolarPulse.

Responsibilities : Key responsibilities would include :

- Conceptualize and describe products, features and user stories for the development team. This should come from detailed competitive analysis, customer/ BD feedback and quantitative testing as needed

- Own the product strategy, road-map and requirements

- Prepare & maintain product requirements for teams across UX, hardware & software engineering to deliver features to customers

- Conduct detailed UAT prior to release of new features & functionalities

- Co-ordinate sprint planning by way of prioritisation of requirements for features & bugs

- Ensure adherence to timelines & quality of requirements for own team

Qualifications/ Skills :

Qualifications :

a. Bachelor's degree with an electrical engineering/ electronics engineering background

b. MBA from a leading business school India or abroad

c. 4+ years of experience in Product Management (experience of IoT, Energy, SaaS products is a plus)

d. Understanding of electronics hardware & communication protocols

e. Experience of leading a team of at least 3 members for more than 2 years

f. Proven track record of handling multiple products at various stages in the product lifecycle

g. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

h. Entrepreneurial drive with hands-on experience creating products with a great user experience

2. Technology Experience :

- Exposure to development of IoT systems (platforms, applications), experience in Energy/ Utilities etc. is an advantage

- Exposure to MEAN stack, Java development etc is a plus
