Machine Learning Trainer - IT

Desired Competencies:

1. High energy and self-motivated professional with the ability to make things happen, work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

2. Have hands-on work experience of Python and R

3. Sound understanding of some of the Machine learning techniques like:

- Logistic/Linear/Lasso/Ridge Regressions, Segmentation, Decision trees, Recommendation Engines, Survival Modelling, Support Vector Machines, Dimensionality Reduction, Neural Networks, RBM, Deep Learning, Data Visualization, Text Analytics (LSI, LDA), Topic Modelling

4. Proficiency in interpreting results of above-mentioned Machine Learning techniques

5. Should be able to translate Business Problem to a Statistical Problem and Statistical solutions to a viable Business solution

Good-to-Have:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of - HANDS ON- working/ training in Machine Learning

2. Proven flair for training students with good communication skills - both written and verbal

3. Experience in creating datasets and business problem statements to train and test students on a variety of functions etc

4. Prior experience in debugging and troubleshooting codes

5. Be able to teach efficiency improvement techniques for coding

Expectations:

1. The individual will work with different stakeholders and will be responsible to create/design training material

2. They can be trained to become Teaching Assistants (TA), conduct training sessions, mentor associates during the training assist in grading and designing assessment for the training

3. He/she will design ML case studies in R and Python for training associates

4. He/she will possess excellent interpersonal, influencing skills and deal with all levels of management and with cultural sensitivity
