Machine Learning Scientist - BFSI

- Machine Learning Analyst responsibilities include creating machine learning and Deep learning models and retraining systems. Need to have exceptional skills in statistics and programming.

- Knowledge of data science and computing will be required. Your ultimate goal will be to shape and build efficient self-learning applications to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress

- Managing available resources so that project deadlines are met

- Analysing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a business problem and ranking them by their success probability

- Exploring and visualising data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world

- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods

- Defining validation strategies

- Training models and tuning their hyper parameters

- Analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them

Ideal Candidate will have :

- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Analyst or similar role

- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture

- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms

- Ability to write robust code in Python, Scala and R

- Familiarity in SPARK or any other distributed environment will be preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
