Machine Learning Lead

Education : BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent degree

Expertise :

- Experience in the application of Machine Learning and neural network models like CNN, RNN

- Strong hold on architecture, data structures and algorithms.

- Hands on with implementing different models of Machine Learning and deep learning in Python.

- Working knowledge of Tensorflow / MXnet is a plus.

- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, excellent problem solving skills, and the self-motivation to improve skills and abilities.

- Prior management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities :

- High energy player must be motivated to perform and demonstrate excellence, be innovative to create the analytical solution and then deliver on the same.

- Collaborate with internal team members and help them achieve their goals.

- Should be dynamic and provide leadership: ready to perform both as an Individual contributor(80%) and Team Leader(20%)

- Translate ideas into and concrete algorithms, and implementations.

- Get acclimatized to our tech-stack and use cases, which is an ever changing landscape. while True: unlearn() and relearn()

- Holistic communication skills: verbal, written and creative

- You're not a platform zealot, but you think Linux is a fine choice as a pc,server,cloud OS.

- Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought-leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong client relations
