Machine Learning Lead - BFSI

- About 7 to 8 Years of experience in the field of Machine Learning and Data Science.

- Strong client focus with excellent communication skills and Learning mindset with a positive Can-do attitude.

- Hands-on leadership of high-performing, agile-based engineering teams

- Should have worked hands on in the ML space in Analytics Companies or in End User organizations or Startups with strong tech teams.

- Should have built and manged a wide range of ML models preferably in the Banking and Financial Services space but other verticals is also good.

- Understanding of the Advanced Analytics space and Data Science is mandatory and should have worked as part of data science teams in real business scenarios.

- Preferred experience in Artificial Intelligence or other machine learning enabled technology (i.e. text-to-speech, voice/vision recognition, Natural Language Processing, Predictive Algorithms, etc.)

- Strong positive would be any experience in Model management platforms and tools like Data IKU, DataRobot etc.

- Thorough understanding and usage of Python libraries and others like Tensorflow, Predix etc.

- Thorough understanding of distributed systems architecture and exposure to multiple technical disciplines including: SAS,R,Python and other similar scripting languages.

- Excellent hands on knowledge on Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hbase, Casssandra and similar tools apart from traditional Databases (Oracle and SQL)..
