Role: Event Manager / Network Engagement Manager Type: Full-time Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Organisation: The Machani Group Role Objective The role is the key to all of the brand's offline, on-the-ground presence, and acts as the marketing team's primary ambassador to the outside world, its primary "networker". Responsibilities - Tracks and reviews all available event options, filters and prioritizes them based on congruence with overall marketing strategy and expected impact; - Ideates event concepts suitable for the brand and marketing strategy; - Plans and executes events organized independently by the group and of the group's presence and promotion at (co-)sponsored events; - Maintains relationships with relevant stakeholders and partners; actively coordinates with 3rd party event organisers, venues and F&amp;B providers; Negotiates corporate rates. - Oversees design and delivery of collateral and giveaways for events; - Oversees the referral program execution on behalf of the marketing team; - Acts as liaison with influencers. - May contribute to relationship management with existing customers.
