Experience : 1 to 6+ (Multiple levels)

Skill set :

- 1 to 7 years of post-MBA exp in building intelligent operating model revamping , Organizational transformation strategy, shared services strategy projects.

- 1 to 6 years of post-MBA exp in merger strategy (vertical/horizontal) projects for IT/ Tech firms

Tier 1 institutes only : IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, IIM Udaipur, ISB, MDI, FMS, SPJIMR, XLRI ,NMIMS, IIFT, Symbiosis (full time 2 year programme)

Should have prior experience in one or more of the following areas :

- Corporate Transformation; Mergers & Acquisitions; Shareholder Value Analysis (SVA); Organization Strategy; Pricing and Profit Optimization; Growth and Innovation.

- The individual must have outstanding, consistent academic performance

- Have good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnostic skills

- Have an eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

- Should be able to work creatively and analytically to strict deadlines in a problem-solving environment

- Should be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with "C" level executives in a range of environments

- Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- Should have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

- Should possess excellent presentation skills

- Should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- Should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Should be mature, flexible, and have a good team approach.
