M&A Specialist - NBFC

Client- NBFC based in Gurgaon

Role-

- Looking out for M&A specialist, who will scout the industry for possible purchase in the SME, retail/ vehicles lending, housing finance space.

- Role will include origination of deal and preliminary health check of the portfolio of the entity proposed for acquisition.

- Should have prior experience and existing connects in the NBFC portfolio segment and relevant skills for assessment of portfolio.

- In depth understanding / Research covering mentioned sectors from commercial & financing point of view.

- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

- Preparation of documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence process

- Leading execution of binding agreements and deal closure. Work closely with Legal and CFO's office.
