M&A Manager - Manufacturing

Urgent hiring for a big Conglomerate for Merger and Acquisition, based out of delhi.

Job responsibilities are as follows:

- Exposure in M&A

- Evaluating Target companies for acquisition/ valuation /Financial Modelling

- Due diligence /Transaction documents

- Working with Financials consultants / Investment bankers

- Strategy formulation

- Scanning the landscape for identification for New business opportunities

- Business and Profitability analysis of Existing business verticals

- Spot the ongoing trend in business both in India and abroad

- Inter firm comparison of the industry peers .

- Financing arrangements including debt and equity raising

- Annual report analysis

- Financially planning and analysis .

- Others jobs responsibilities which may evolve over time.
