M3M India - Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Corporate Strategy

- Day to day management of the site and execute strategies for enhancing business metric related to Sales

- Construction and Customer Centricity while mitigating any legal, statutory and commercial risks

- Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to ensure that SPV is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (Cashflow Management , Statutory and legal compliances etc.)

- Execution of project as per business plan and Implementing corrective actions to align project to Business Plan

- Integrating element between various in house departments such as Construction management. Design, Audit, Account, contracts & commercial, sales & marketing teams

- Recommends and participates in the development of Company policies and procedures

- Participates in and oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of individual project objectives and short- and long-range plans; develops tracking and evaluation programs to assist in the accomplishment of established project goals and objectives

- Consults, coordinates, and serves as principal liaison with Management officials on strategic matters of policy, interdivisional interaction, and capital development, improvement, and management.

- Collaborates with Management and administration to establish goals and priorities for business and technology solutions to meet institutional needs.

- Develops, administers and manages budgets and business plans for projects, as it relates to project development and deployment at an institutional level; performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.

- Implement process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity of cross functional teams

- Adherence to project timelines

- Flagging & resolving risks to project returns during pre-Construction & under Construction stage

- Proactively highlighting critical risks and proposing recommendations/options to the management for the way forward

- Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to the company's strategic directions and plans, and relevant state-of the-art systems ,processes and technology.

- Involved in liasoning process with RERA and complete oversee of internal stakeholders and Liasoning process.
