Policies :
- Develop & improve sourcing models and strategies to ensure seamless and efficient recruitment
- Define, review and report performance of business units on key resourcing and recruitment metrics and execute actions where required
- Periodically review and suggest changes to sourcing process, policies and methodologies
- Ensure that risks inherent in the manpower plans are identified, understood, and managed
- Explore cost effective recruitment channels
- Conduct external benchmarking and introduce best practices being exercised in the industry
- Develop & improve recruitment & selection process and collaborate with business HR to implement the same including interview matrix, interview templates, selection criteria, etc.
- Develop and manage the campus relationship and management trainee programs
- Develop, improve and implement EVPs to enhance talent attraction level in the organization in collaboration with businesses/corporate functions.
- Provide input and support corporate communication team in employer branding exercise
- Develop, improve & implement policies and process for Internal Job Posting (IJP) and employee mobility programme
- Develop, improve & facilitate implement of policies and process for employee referral scheme
Implementation :
- Manage sourcing, screening & recruitment at corporate level & for senior management across businesses
- Develop a screening and onboarding process for external vendors like external recruiting agencies, background check agencies, etc.
- Manage, negotiate and liaise with external vendors for senior management positions
- Ensure that consistent processes and tools are adopted across business units, and that data and information used by the functions are appropriate and consistent
- Design training modules and organize sessions for interview panels to provide necessary interviewing skillset in line with organizational goals and values in collaboration with L&D
- Periodically review the talent acquisition policies and processes at M3M India
Communication & Best Practice :
- Conduct best practice knowledge sharing sessions on relevant area
- Collaborate with internal communication & T&D team to prepare communication decks and training modules to facilitate implementation at the business unit level.
Audit & Analysis :
- Develop, improve and implement talent acquisition process implementation audit to gauge compliance level at business unit and corporate level. Prepare and report compliance scorecard business unit/location wise and do action planning to improve conformance levels.
- Conduct trend and other forms analysis on PMS/Compensation HR policy data to identify improvement areas and scope for change in policies.
People Management :
- Identify development areas for direct reportees and implement action plans for developing a strong team of employees
- Conduct performance assessment & provide feedback on strengths & development areas
- Conduction periodic performance coaching and counseling for resolving employee concerns and enhancing performance
- Ensure proper staffing of key positions in the dept. and develop succession plan of direct reportees
HR Strategy :
- Support in formulation of HR budget for the business unit and ensure compliance in consultation with HR Head
- Provide support to HR head with function specific information to craft HR strategy for M3M India
Performance Management :
- Implement performance management system, rewards system as per the process defined by COE
- Review and monitor creation of KRAs and KPIs for employees in the business unit as per process and timeline defined by COE
- Ensure timely completion of midyear/annual appraisals in the function
- Provide inputs for confirmations of employees, extension of probation and manage exit and separation process for all employees in the respective function
