Compensation & Benefits :
- Design a robust compensation and benefits framework keeping in mind existing work structures, external market and legal compliance with overseeing the payroll of the organization
- Conduct periodic review of the compensation and benefits structure
- Conduct periodic compensation benchmarking with peer group
- Modify compensation & benefit structures for employees in line with external benchmarks and company strategy in consultation with MD and HR head
- Manage and maintain employee cost (salary & benefits) within budgeted levels
- Design compensation ranges for all levels
Performance Management System:
- Develop robust performance management system and rewards system
- Benchmark best in class processes and systems periodically to identify areas of improvement
- Develop a system for identification of high potential employees in the company
- Create a performance-oriented culture by ensuring clarity of individual accountability and establishment of key performance indicators
- Periodically review all processes and policies related to performance management system
- Resolve grievances and queries related to PMS and appraisals
- Monitor, review and provide support for completion of annual appraisal process timely and as per guidelines (at business unit.)
- Organize and facilitate normalization discussion (at an organizational level) after receiving appraisal ratings from business units/corporate and finalize the final ratings and increments.
HR Policies:
- Develop best in class HR policies for M3M India in consultation with HR head like travel policy, Medi-claim, overtime policy, leave policy, other benefits, etc.
Communication & Best Practices:
- Conduct best practice knowledge sharing sessions on relevant area
- Collaborate with internal communication & T&D team to prepare communication decks and training modules to facilitate implementation at the business unit level.
Audit & Analysis:
- Develop, improve and implement PMS/compensation/HR policy process implementation audit to gauge compliance level at business unit and corporate level.
- Prepare and report compliance scorecard business unit/location wise and do action planning for improvement in conformance.
- Conduct trend and other forms analysis on PMS/Compensation HR policy data to identify improvement areas and scope for change in policies.
