M2P is hiring for the team of Key Account Management - Banking Vertical

Designation (based on experience and interview evaluation): Senior Manager / AVP / DVP - Business Development

Location(s): Mumbai, Chennai

Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Be single point of contact to,

- Build a pipeline, do lead generation, opportunity mapping, and solution selling to Senior and Mid management decision makers in top tier Banks.

- Responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and strategic partnership opportunities for the company which will overall contribute towards revenue growth for the company.

- Ensure positive relationship is developed with new & existing partners, and regularly track profitability and performance metrics.

- Gather required market intelligence to monitor market dynamics and growing trends.

- Being a thought leader for increasing digital presence and channel effectiveness of our partners.

- On-boarding of new banks / SI (System Integrator) partners for total card issuance / Digital stack/ Retail banking product / Services.

Criteria:

- Sales and Business Development professional with 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Business Development.

- Knowledge and experience in Banks / NBFC / Lending ecosystem.

- Strong Account Management experience.

- Strong Communication & Negotiations Skills.
